About the Role



We are seeking a highly skilled Dental Care Specialist to join our team at InterCare Health Network. As a Dental Care Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality dental care to our patients, working closely with our dental staff to ensure seamless delivery of services.




  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide quality dental treatment to patients, including preventative care, restorative care, and emergency care.


  • Work collaboratively with the Dental Director and Chief Dental Officer to implement and improve dental services.


  • Advise patients on preventative dental care and provide guidance on good oral health practices.


  • Analyze and evaluate dental needs, develop treatment plans, and administer anesthetics as needed.


  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in dental care.




Requirements:




  • Education: Graduate degree from an accredited school of dentistry.
  • Experience: Strong computer skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a current license in Dentistry from the State of Michigan.
  • Skills: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, strong problem-solving skills, and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, frequently sit, and lift up to 25 lbs.
