">This role is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Providence Sacred Heart Medical Center & Children's Hospital. As a member of our pre-op and recovery services team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest level of care for our patients before, during, and after surgery.
">Responsibilities
">- Assessing patients' physical and emotional needs prior to surgery">
- Developing and implementing individualized care plans to address patients' unique needs">
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions">
Requirements
">- Degree from an accredited nursing program">
- Washington State Registered Nurse License (upon hire)">
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association (upon hire)">
- National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association (within 90 days of hire)">
- 1 year of experience as a nurse (minimum)">
