- Increase overall efficiency rating of Build Team, targeting the goal of 76%.
- 5+ Years experience in automation, production, or related field.
- Ability to teach, train, and develop future production leaders.
- Ability to improve processes and procedures, and implement new ideas to increase efficiencies and/or reduce safety risks.
- Ability to read & understand electrical schematics (JIC style) and mechanical assembly prints.
- Technical competence to understand and execute mechanical/electrical technical details.
- Ability to travel to assist with installation and commissioning of systems.
