**Become a Visionary Optometrist at Sam's Club**

To be eligible for this opportunity, you must possess a Doctor of Optometry (OD) from an accredited optometry school or an Ophthalmologist (MD or DO) from an accredited school, along with valid state licenses and insurance certificates.
