  • Monitor and maintain the security of the hotel premises, including the lobby, corridors, and guest rooms.
  • Respond to security incidents and emergencies, such as fires, medical emergencies, and suspicious activity.
  • Conduct regular patrols of the hotel to identify potential security risks and take proactive measures to mitigate them.
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to ensure a smooth and secure guest experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of security incidents and complete incident reports as required.

Requirements:

  • A true desire to provide exceptional service to our guests and colleagues.
  • Refined verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with guests and colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time and walk moderate distances, with the physical stamina to respond to emergencies.
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, to ensure 24/7 security coverage.
  • Proficient in basic computer skills, with the ability to use security software and systems.
  • Previous security experience is preferred, but not required.
