Conductor Trainee

**Job Summary**

BNSF Railway is seeking a Conductor Trainee to join our team. As a Conductor Trainee, you will be responsible for assisting in the safe and efficient movement of trains.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Assist in the operation of trains, including coupling and uncoupling cars
• Monitor and report on train conditions, including speed, distance, and cargo
• Communicate with other crew members and dispatchers to ensure safe and efficient train movement
• Perform routine maintenance tasks on trains and equipment
• Assist in the handling of cargo and other materials

**Requirements:**

• At least 18 years of age
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
• Ability to lift and carry up to 80 pounds
• Ability to work safely in a variety of environments
• Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
• Ability to pass a background check and obtain necessary certifications
