Certified Rigger

We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Rigger to join our team at CAM Industrial Solutions. As a Rigger, you will be responsible for assembling and rigging equipment to lift and move heavy loads in a fast-paced industrial construction environment.

• Load, transport, and unload equipment and materials to construction sites
• Attach pulleys and blocks to fixed overhead structures using bolts and clamps
• Attach loads to crane hooks using grappling devices such as loops, wires, ropes, and chains
• Provide direction to crane operators and hoisting engineers to ensure safe handling of loads
• Set up braces and rigs hoisting equipment using hand tools and power wrenches
• Assemble and disassemble cranes
• Splice rope and wire cables to make or repair slings or tackle
• Perform minor maintenance and cleaning activities on tools and equipment

• Minimum 4 years of experience in industrial construction or maintenance
• NCCER Certified Plus
• Knowledge of complex rigging, heavy rigging, electrical safety, ladder and scaffold safety, and other relevant areas

• Climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, grasping, feeling, and repetitive motions
