Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Womens Health Department at Ezras Choilim Health Center. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of patients and contribute to their healthcare needs.

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Determine the full scope of individual patient needs; evaluate and assess medical urgency.
  • Assist providers with patient examinations and procedures, including but not limited to immunizations/injections, administering medications and taking vital signs.
  • Complete documentation with eClinicalWorks (EMR) of all care provided.
  • Scribing for all providers.
  • Adhere to ECHCs medical protocols, policies and procedures.
  • Demonstrate clinical knowledge and technical skills as well as a willingness to learn new skills.
  • Assume role of patient advocate and respect patient confidentiality/HIPAA requirements.
