Qualifications:

To be considered for this position, candidates should possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field, along with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
  • A Graduate Degree or equivalent with 0 to 2 years of relevant experience, or a minimum of 6 years of related experience in lieu of a degree.

Essential Skills:
  • Proven experience in technical data analysis with demonstrable project examples.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance at the Top-Secret level, requiring U.S. Citizenship.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally and work extended hours as needed.

Preferred Skills:
  • Familiarity with radar performance analysis tools such as MATLAB.
  • Proficiency in programming languages including MATLAB, Python, R, C/C++, Java, or C#.

Technical Expertise:

Experience in the following areas is highly desirable:

  • Applied Numerical Algorithms, estimation theory, optimization, control systems, modeling and simulation, and digital signal processing.
  • Experience with Model-Based System Design, Test Automation, and Agile methodologies.
  • Knowledge of radar signal processing and system engineering principles.

Interpersonal Skills:

Strong communication and coordination abilities are essential. Candidates should demonstrate leadership qualities and the capacity to work independently or collaboratively within a team environment.
