Yoga Teacher Opportunity at YogaSix - Columbia

We are seeking a dedicated and engaging Yoga Teacher to join our team at YogaSix - Columbia. As a Yoga Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a transformative and enjoyable experience for our students.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and lead Vinyasa-Based Heated Yoga classes that cater to diverse student needs and skill levels.
  • Establish a positive and inclusive class environment, fostering connection and community among students.
  • Set up the classroom with props, music, and lighting to create an immersive experience.
  • Provide exceptional instruction, ensuring a safe and fun learning environment for students of all levels.
  • Engage with students before, during, and after class, promoting a sense of belonging and connection.
  • Maintain a clean and organized studio space, adhering to YogaSix standards and guidelines.
Requirements:
  • 200-hour Yoga Alliance Certification.
  • 1+ year of teaching experience, with a strong focus on Vinyasa-Based Heated Yoga.
  • Current CPR Certification.
  • Outgoing personality with exceptional communication skills, able to connect with students on a personal level.
  • A sense of humor and ability to lead a class with enthusiasm and energy.

Screened candidates will be invited to attend a preliminary audition. Compensation will be based on experience, ability, and format. We are committed to investing in the growth and development of our teachers, providing a supportive and collaborative environment.
