**Job Summary**

Phaxis is seeking a skilled Pharmacy Technician to join its team for a three-month temporary assignment with the possibility of extension. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing clinical support, managing inventory, and assisting with patient care.

**Responsibilities**

* Perform inventory management tasks, including ordering, receiving, and stocking of pharmaceuticals
* Complete annual proficiency assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
* Triage phone calls with courtesy and promptness, referring to a pharmacist when necessary
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date pharmacy files and records
* Assist with pharmacy inspections and other duties as assigned

**Requirements**

* High School Diploma or equivalent required
* Two plus years of clinical/hospital experience preferred
* PTCB or NHA Technician Certification (CPhT) required
* Omnicell experience beneficial
* Demonstrated proficiency with pharmacy equipment, systems, and technology

**Work Environment**

* Work on-site at a top NYC healthcare firm on Manhattan's Upper East Side
* Day shift, four days per week, with every other weekend
* 7:30am-5:30pm
