DC Maintenance Technician II

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a skilled DC Maintenance Tech II to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for performing periodic maintenance, corrective repair, replacement, and limited troubleshooting on various facility-related equipment and/or systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire safety systems to ensure safe and efficient operation.
- Conduct preventive maintenance (PMs) within manufacturer's guidelines/specifications and established timelines.
- Monitor and troubleshoot equipment to identify and resolve issues promptly.
- Log time and materials, maintain work orders, PMs, and inventory tracking into our computerized maintenance management system.
- Interpret and understand plans and specifications, schematics, operating and maintenance manuals to perform required tasks.
- Repair dock doors and perform rack installations as needed.
- Assist in performing battery preventative maintenance, battery charger repairs, and other related tasks.
- Meet compliance with lock out / tag out (LOTO) and Arc Flash guidelines at all times.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of distribution or manufacturing maintenance experience, with mechanical and industrial skills experience in HVAC, electrical, fire safety, and plumbing preferred.
- High School diploma or equivalent. Technical/Trade School certificate preferred in facility maintenance or related areas.
Working Conditions:
- Ability to work in a physical environment that is subject to temperature extremes, movement of mobile and fixed equipment, and other conditions associated with a warehouse operation.
