Position Overview:

As a Registered Nurse (RN), your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering direct nursing care in alignment with established policies and protocols.
  • Implementing and monitoring individualized patient care plans.
  • Acting as the primary coordinator for interdisciplinary patient care.
  • Administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
  • Assessing and coordinating discharge planning needs with the healthcare team.
