Join Our Team as a Speech and Language Pathologist

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Speech and Language Pathologist to join our team at KIDSTEPS early intervention program. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the development and implementation of activities that promote positive outcomes for children and families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and assess children and families to develop and implement individualized curriculums and IFSPs that meet their unique needs.
  • Complete and maintain accurate records in accordance with applicable regulations.
  • Perform service coordination functions to ensure Early Intervention services achieve desired outcomes for families and children served.

Requirements:

  • Masters degree from an accredited college or university in a related field.
  • Valid Connecticut licensure or certification per CT State Birth to Three professional regulation.
  • Valid United States driver's license with an acceptable driving history.
  • Internet access, cell phone, and reliable transportation.
