Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and assess children and families to develop and implement individualized curriculums and IFSPs that meet their unique needs.
- Complete and maintain accurate records in accordance with applicable regulations.
- Perform service coordination functions to ensure Early Intervention services achieve desired outcomes for families and children served.
Requirements:
- Masters degree from an accredited college or university in a related field.
- Valid Connecticut licensure or certification per CT State Birth to Three professional regulation.
- Valid United States driver's license with an acceptable driving history.
- Internet access, cell phone, and reliable transportation.
