Clinical Therapist

• Evaluate patient care needs and develop personalized treatment plans to improve functional status, mobility, and overall well-being.
• Conduct thorough assessments, identify areas of improvement, and implement evidence-based interventions to enhance patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination and effective communication.

• DPT or PT degree from an accredited program.
• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of practice.
• CPR certification.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
