Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Software Engineer to join our team at The Resource Collaborative. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving the technology vision forward and ensuring the successful execution of multiple initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Engagement Managers, project team members, and representatives from various functional and technical teams to drive technology enablement and process improvement.
  • Independently and collaboratively lead client engagement workstreams focused on improvement, optimization, and transformation of processes.
  • Implement leading practice workflows, address deficits in quality, and drive operational outcomes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline.
  • 7+ years of experience working as a Full Stack Engineer.
  • Experience working with React, including design principles, anti-patterns, and the technical landscape.
  • 5+ years of experience working at an expert level with Typescript and JavaScript (Node).
  • Experience working with relational database systems like PostgreSQL or MySQL.
  • 7+ years of designing, building, delivering, and maintaining critical web-based software.
  • Deep knowledge in querying and optimization for large data sets.
  • Experience with agile development and work management methodologies.
  • Ability to work with multi-time zone development teams and self-manage own work.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Analytical ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks into manageable work products.
  • Ability to operate independently or with minimum supervision.
  • Excellent written and communication skills.
  • Ability to deliver technical demonstrations.
Compensation

A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this role is $125,000 to $200,000. You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program.
