As a Staff Psychiatrist with Britt Medical Search, you will have the opportunity to work with a highly experienced and professional team of providers and caregivers who are dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care. You will be responsible for managing a caseload of patients with a mix of partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient services, and will have the support of a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage a caseload of patients with adult psychiatric and addiction disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient progress and treatment plans

**Requirements:**
