We are seeking a skilled Seamer Operator to join our team at Mauser Packaging Solutions. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for the safe operation and maintenance of manual and semi-automated metal stamping equipment.
Key Responsibilities- Operate metal stamping equipment to produce high-quality products
- Perform routine maintenance and housekeeping tasks to ensure equipment is in good working order
- Apply knowledge and skills to complete a wide range of tasks, including changeovers and quality checks
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve production goals and maintain a safe working environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to read, write, and speak fluent English
- Exposure to manufacturing and experience with metal stamping equipment preferred
- Strong understanding of quality, PPE requirements, and safety policies and procedures
This position is associated with walking, standing, pushing, pulling, climbing, handling, reaching, stretching, and working in tight and high places. The employee will be exposed to extremes of heat, humidity, and noise levels from the production environment.
