Timeck Care Inc. is seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

About the Role

This role offers a competitive salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience, and comes with a comprehensive benefits package.

Job Description
  • Core Responsibilities:
  •   Ensure accuracy and completeness of new hire applications, reviewing information for required experience.
  •   Maintain personnel records, filing documentation and related paperwork.
  •   Collaborate with administration personnel to ensure timely follow-up on missing or updated items.
  •   Verify references for potential new hires, submitting them to the manager as applicable.
  •   Provide orientation for new hires, including reviewing the Employee Handbook.
  •   Schedule training classes for new hires, as required.
  •   Serve as liaison with Benefits, Payroll, and HR Departments, providing benefit and policy information when needed.
  •   Monitor and track ongoing employee compliance requirements, ensuring all documents are filed in HR files.
  •   Notify staff in advance of expiration of required items, reviewing and approving medical documents submitted by field employees.
  •   Maintain, update, and track employee actions such as terminations, LOA, FMLA, vacation/sick.
  •   Assist with answering phones and handling calls from potential applicants.
  •   Support Payroll processing.
  •   Participate in HR training/orientation programs to stay up-to-date on company policies and requirements.
  •   Maintain confidentiality regarding patient and employee information, complying with HIPAA rules and relevant state and federal regulations.
Requirements
  • Essential Qualifications:
  •   High School Diploma or equivalent.
  •   Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite proficiency.
  •   Minimum 1 year of ECF and DIDD experience.
  •   Basic knowledge of State/Federal employment guidelines and wage and hour requirements.
  •   Trained Provider Investigator and Incident Management for ECF and DIDD.
  •   Ability to prioritize and organize workload effectively.
  •   Excellent communication, customer service, and time management skills.
  •   Strong interpersonal skills to interact with various stakeholders.
