Job Summary

Adecco Staffing is partnering with a leading manufacturing facility to recruit a skilled Mold Operator for a 1st Shift position. This temporary-to-hire opportunity offers a competitive hourly rate and a chance to work with a reputable company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate injection molding machines to produce high-quality products.
  • Inspect products for surface defects and flaws, ensuring conformity to specifications and quality standards.
  • Position and secure threaded cores and/or over molds into molds.
  • Fill machine hoppers and maintain a clean and orderly work environment.
  • Follow all safety regulations and maintain records as instructed.
  • Cross-train and work in other production areas as needed.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; one to three years of manufacturing experience and/or training preferred.
  • Versatility and ability to perform various assembly and soldering operations manually.
  • Reasonable dexterity in hands to manipulate small parts.
  • Ability to read blueprints and use measuring equipment such as micrometers and calipers.
