Silicone Batch Mixer

The Silicone Batch Mixer is responsible for the production of high-quality silicone batches to meet foamline demand. This role requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

• Weigh and blend silicone batches safely and efficiently to meet production requirements.
• Collaborate with technical and supervisory staff to resolve conditions affecting safety, efficiency, or product quality.
• Responsible for inventory tracking and materials discrepancy reporting.
• Adapt to stressful and unpredictable plant situations while maintaining the ability to function competently and communicate effectively with other plant and technical personnel.
• Ensure a clean and organized work environment, adhering to 6S standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years' experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a batch mixing role.
• Ability to accurately interpret chemical hazards and comply with safety procedures.
• Basic computer software skills.
