Role Overview
The Partnerships Account Manager will be a pivotal figure in our GTM Partnerships team, focusing on fostering 'one to many' relationships with technology platforms. This role specifically supports our Banking and Wealth/Investments partners, ensuring they maximize the benefits of our solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Relationship Management: Take ownership of the partner relationship, overseeing business, product, and growth strategies while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Growth and Upselling: Drive partner success through key milestones, from integration completion to scaling operations and introducing additional products.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product and implementation teams to facilitate ongoing growth, sharing valuable feedback and addressing scaling needs.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years in account management within a fast-paced, high-growth environment, with a total of 6+ years of professional experience.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and expanding significant partner relationships, particularly those exceeding $1 million in annual recurring revenue.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build relationships across various internal teams, including product and technical departments.
  • A strategic mindset with a comprehensive understanding of partner program development, alongside individual relationship management.
  • Experience in banking or financial services, as well as familiarity with B2B technology, is highly advantageous.

Compensation
The target base salary for this position ranges from $126,144 to $188,352 annually, with additional compensation options such as equity and commission based on the specific role. Plaid offers a robust benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) plans. Compensation is influenced by factors such as job responsibilities, candidate experience, and location.
