About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Radiology Technologist to join our team at Overland Park Regional Medical Center. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging department, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate standard, portable, and specialized X-ray equipment to perform routine and semi-complex radiographic examinations.
  • Develop and process films and transmit to a Radiologist for interpretation.
  • Ensure prompt transfer of images and documents to the PACS system, maintaining accurate lead markers and patient data/history.
  • Turn over and prepare rooms using aseptic technique between patients and clean/sterilize equipment.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an AMA-accredited program with a certificate or degree in Radiographic Technology.
  • Adherence to ARRT guidelines for obtaining 24 continuing education credits bi-annually.
