Baker - Panera Bread Cafe Associate

About the Role: We're seeking a skilled Baker to join our team at Panera Bread. As a Baker, you'll be responsible for baking fresh bread and pastries, maintaining high standards for flavor and quality, and performing various tasks such as stocking, food prep, and cleaning. If you're passionate about baking and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:

* Bake all fresh bread and pastries needed for the cafe
* Maintain high standards for flavor and quality
* Perform stocking, food prep, cleaning, and sanitation tasks as needed
* Help build our culture of Warmth, Belonging, Growth, and Trust
* Step in and support your manager and team

Requirements:

* You love baking, even if you're a beginner (4 weeks of training provided)
* You enjoy both working alone and with a team
* You're a self-starter who can meet goals with limited supervision
* You like the hustle and bustle of the hospitality industry
* You have excellent organizational and time-management skills
* You want to partner with a fun, energized team that can work hard and laugh often
* You're committed to food safety and health safety
* You are at least 18 years of age
