Job Overview
- Serve as a proficient practitioner, consultant, educator, and health professional.
- Enhance clinical and financial outcomes for key patient demographics through collaboration with physicians and staff, and by engaging in strategic initiatives.
- Ensure competent and ethical care for patients and their families.
- Collaborate with supervising physicians and clinic personnel to uphold a high standard of customer-focused nursing and medically appropriate patient assessments, care plan development, implementation, follow-up, and cost-effective service delivery.
- Encourage community involvement and collaboration.
Qualifications and Experience
- Graduation from an accredited nurse practitioner or physician assistant program.
- Preferred experience in Cardiology; training will be provided.
Licensure/Certification Requirements
- Current state license corresponding to degree. Current nursing license if applicable.
- ACLS and CPR certifications are mandatory.
Work Schedule
- Day shift; 80 hours biweekly
- Monday - Thursday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
- Friday, 8:00 am - 12:00 pm
- Occasional weekend and holiday shifts may be required
- Potential for on-call duties
