Longhorn Steakhouse Bartender Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at Longhorn Steakhouse. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for mixing, garnishing, and serving a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to our guests. You will also be expected to guide guests through our menus, demonstrating a thorough knowledge of our food and beverages.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Mix and serve drinks to guests in a timely and efficient manner
  • Guide guests through menus and make recommendations based on their preferences
  • Keep the bar stocked and clean, adhering to company standards
  • Work together with the team to deliver a great LongHorn Steakhouse experience for our guests

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Bartender or in a related role
  • Knowledge of cocktails and other beverages
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
