Nurse Practitioner ICU

Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing direct patient care to assigned patients in the ICU units, working collaboratively with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans. You will also be required to maintain accurate records, communicate effectively with patients and their families, and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment. Additionally, you will need to have a strong commitment to delivering high-quality patient care, with a focus on safety, quality, and patient satisfaction.
Requirements
To be considered for this position, applicants must have a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree and a current California RN license. A minimum of one year of recent ICU/Critical Care experience or two years of telemetry experience in an acute care facility is preferred. The successful candidate will also possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships across the health system.
