We are seeking a skilled Behavioral Therapist to join our team at Comprehensive Behavior Supports. As an ABA Therapist, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of children with autism while building your career in a supportive environment.

Compensation: $20-$30 per hour, based on experience and performance.
Bonuses & Incentives: Competitive pay, flexible hours, and bonuses for referrals and completion of training.

About the Role:

  • Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children using evidence-based techniques.
  • Implement individualized treatment plans to promote positive behaviors and skill development.
  • Accurately track and document client progress using electronic systems.
  • Collaborate with families and supervisors to ensure the best possible outcomes for clients.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • No prior experience necessary—full training will be provided.
  • Enthusiasm for working with children and making a difference.
  • Willingness to complete free RBT certification course.
  • Patient, empathetic, and excellent communication skills.
