Respiratory Therapist

Stability Direct is seeking a highly skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team in Tenafly, New Jersey. As a Respiratory Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality respiratory care to patients of all ages, from infants to adults. Your expertise will be essential in administering various forms of respiratory therapy, including ventilation, oxygen therapy, and aerosolized medications.

• Administer respiratory therapy to patients, including ventilation, oxygen therapy, and aerosolized medications.
• Monitor patients' vital signs and adjust therapy as needed.
• Collaborate with physicians and nurses to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Provide education to patients and families on respiratory care and disease management.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current licensure as a Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) in the State of New Jersey.
• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential from the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification within one year of hire.
