Key Responsibilities

  • Manage inventory levels, track stock movements, and maintain accurate records.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve inventory discrepancies and optimize supply chain operations.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Utilize computerized inventory systems, purchase order, and accounts payable systems to streamline processes.
  • Provide excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of progressively responsible experience in materials management.
  • Excellent knowledge of plant and industry safety rules.
  • Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the 6-county region.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
