Phlebotomist Lead

We are seeking a skilled Phlebotomist Lead to join our team at ICONMA. As a Phlebotomist Lead, you will be responsible for representing our company to patients and clients, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring the smooth operation of our Patient Service Centers and Mobile Units.

• Customer Service Representative: You will be the face of our company, interacting with patients and clients in a professional and courteous manner.
• Phlebotomy Specialist: You will be responsible for drawing quality blood samples from patients and preparing those specimens for lab testing, following established practices and procedures.
• Team Leader: You will lead a team of Phlebotomists, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure the success of our Patient Service Centers and Mobile Units.
• Process Improvement Specialist: You will identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
• Communication Expert: You will communicate effectively with patients, clients, and team members, providing clear and concise information and resolving any issues that may arise.
• Problem Solver: You will analyze problems and develop solutions to ensure the smooth operation of our Patient Service Centers and Mobile Units.
• Trainer and Mentor: You will train and mentor new employees, providing them with the skills and knowledge they need to succeed in their roles.
• Point of Contact: You will serve as a point of contact for patients, clients, and team members, providing support and assistance as needed.

• Leadership Experience: You must have experience leading a team and providing guidance and support to team members.
• Phlebotomy Skills: You must have excellent phlebotomy skills and be able to draw quality blood samples from patients.
• Customer Service Skills: You must have excellent customer service skills and be able to interact with patients and clients in a professional and courteous manner.
• Communication Skills: You must have excellent communication skills and be able to communicate effectively with patients, clients, and team members.
• Problem Solving Skills: You must have excellent problem-solving skills and be able to analyze problems and develop solutions.
