Job Description Summary

Seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our Outpatient team at Southeast Health. As a licensed professional, you will provide high-quality speech and language evaluations and treatments to patients of all ages.

Job Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations to identify areas of need
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address speech and language deficits
  • Provide therapy sessions to patients in a supportive and non-judgmental environment
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in speech-language pathology
Qualifications
  • Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders from an accredited program
  • Licensed within the State of Alabama and certified by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)
  • At least one year of experience in an acute care or rehabilitation setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
