LPN Healthcare Specialist

The MH Group, LLC is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to join their healthcare team. As an LPN Healthcare Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing quality patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician.
Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
- Monitor and record vital signs of patients
- Assist with patient assessments and care planning
- Provide wound care and dressing changes
- Collect and document patient health information
- Educate patients and their families on healthcare management and disease prevention
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care
Requirements:
