Clinical Research Scientist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Clinical Research Scientist to join our team at Duke Health. As a Clinical Research Scientist, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating clinical trials to improve patient outcomes. This is a unique opportunity to work at the forefront of medical research and contribute to the development of new treatments and therapies.
About the Job
The successful candidate will have a strong background in clinical research, including experience with study design, data analysis, and regulatory compliance. You will also need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment. A Master's degree in a relevant field, such as Clinical Trials or Biostatistics, is required.
Requirements
In addition to a Master's degree, you will need to have at least 3 years of experience in clinical research, including experience with study design, data analysis, and regulatory compliance. You will also need to have a strong understanding of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines and regulations, as well as the ability to interpret and apply them in a real-world setting. Finally, you must be able to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Salary and Benefits
The salary for this position is estimated to be around $70,000-$90,000 per year, depending on experience.
