Job Summary

Cambay Healthcare LLC is seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for conducting speech therapy assessments, developing individualized therapy plans, and implementing evidence-based interventions to improve communication skills in children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments to identify areas of strength and weakness
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to address communication goals
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
  • Provide direct therapy services to children, including speech and language therapy, and augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) therapy
  • Document progress and maintain accurate records
  • Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices and industry standards
Requirements
  • Masters or higher degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited college or university
  • Current Kansas Speech Language Pathology License in good standing
  • Current Certificate of Clinical Competency from ASHA
  • CPR Certification maintained and in good standing
  • Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) certification maintained and in good standing
Physical Requirements
  • Transitional movements: walking, standing, sitting, stooping, squatting, bending, twisting, reaching, kneeling, lifting, carrying, grasping, pushing, pulling, crawling, and climbing stairs - constantly
  • Rotating or changing to different physical positions based on the needs of the environment - constantly
  • Lifting of 20 pounds - frequently
