The Regional Director - Community Association Management is a senior-level position responsible for providing strategic leadership and management to ensure the successful operation of community associations within the Castle Group's portfolio. This role requires a seasoned professional with a strong background in community association management, leadership, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Provide strategic direction and guidance to community association management teams to achieve business objectives and goals.
    • Develop and implement effective business plans, budgets, and operational procedures to ensure efficient and effective management of community associations.
    • Lead and manage high-performing teams to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve business results.
  • Customer Service and Relations
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with community association boards, residents, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.
    • Provide exceptional customer service to community association boards, residents, and other stakeholders to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Business Development and Growth
    • Identify and pursue business opportunities to grow the Castle Group's community association management portfolio.
    • Develop and implement effective business development strategies to attract new clients and expand existing relationships.
  • Financial Management
    • Develop and manage budgets, financial reports, and other financial documents to ensure accurate and timely financial information.
    • Monitor and analyze financial performance to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Operational Excellence
    • Develop and implement effective operational procedures to ensure efficient and effective management of community associations.

Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field.
    • Minimum 4 years of experience in community association management, leadership, and customer service.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire high-performing teams.
    • Excellent customer service and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with community association boards, residents, and other stakeholders.
    • Strong business development and growth skills with the ability to identify and pursue business opportunities.
    • Strong financial management skills with the ability to develop and manage budgets, financial reports, and other financial documents.
    • Strong operational management skills with the ability to develop and implement effective operational procedures.
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position that requires frequent travel to community association locations. The successful candidate will be required to work extended hours and weekends as needed to meet business objectives and goals.
