Job Overview
  • Work collaboratively with a diverse team of healthcare professionals to provide exceptional patient care.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families/significant others, and other healthcare providers.
Responsibilities
  1. Conduct thorough patient assessments, identifying areas for improvement and developing targeted interventions to address these gaps.
  2. Develop and implement individualized plans of care, incorporating input from patients, families/significant others, and other healthcare professionals.
  3. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions between settings.
  4. Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of new policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of science in Nursing (BSN).
  • Registered Nurse License (Washington) required at hire OR Compact License: Registered Nurse required at hire.
  • Basic Life Support certification required at hire.

Estimated salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year.
