As a key member of our production team, you will play a critical role in supporting our manufacturing operations and contributing to the success of our company.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Loading and Unloading Operations: Safely load and unload high-temperature and high-pressure equipment, ensuring efficient and effective production processes.
  • Equipment Monitoring and Maintenance: Operate and monitor equipment, perform routine maintenance tasks, and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime and optimize production.
  • Quality Control and Assurance: Inspect products to ensure they meet specifications, and record process data and manufacturing records for processes, parts, and materials.
  • Team Collaboration and Communication: Work effectively in a team environment, communicating with colleagues and supervisors to achieve production goals and objectives.
  • Continuous Improvement: Participate in Lean principles and Continuous Improvement activities to identify and implement process improvements.

Requirements:

  • Education and Certifications: Minimum GED or High School Diploma, with a strong emphasis on manufacturing experience and basic math aptitude.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Personal Qualities: Strong safety orientation, goal-oriented, and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
