You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain features that meet Figma's high standards. Additionally, you will provide guidance on how other engineering teams can build internal experiences that meet Figma's needs. To succeed in this role, you will need a strong understanding of software development principles, including experience with programming languages such as Typescript/Javascript, React, Ruby, Python, Go, or Rust.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Participate in code reviews and ensure high-quality code
- Contribute to the development of technical documentation and knowledge sharing within the team
