Job Summary

Adecco is seeking a skilled and motivated Bottling Operations Specialist to join our dynamic and innovative manufacturing team in a winery environment. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining bottling equipment, ensuring efficient production processes, and maintaining a safe and clean work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain bottling equipment, including cleaning and performing changeovers
  • Ensure efficient production processes, meeting or exceeding established production goals in a cost-effective manner
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and Food Safety compliant work area
  • Perform general housekeeping duties and maintain a sanitary work environment
  • Conduct routine production reporting and quality checks
  • Perform in-process and final production quality control and verification checks
  • Comply with CBI sustainability policies and practices
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1 year of manufacturing experience preferred
  • Basic math skills and ability to read and interpret work instructions
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to regularly bend, reach, twist, and turn, and lift up to 25 lbs.
  • Ability to wear a respirator when necessary
  • Satisfactory attendance, including timeliness and availability to work any assigned shift
