As a Class A CDL Truck Driver with Ryder, you'll have the opportunity to embark on a home weekly schedule, giving you a great work-life balance. You'll be responsible for transporting goods and commodities across the country, utilizing your skills and experience to ensure safe and timely deliveries.



Estimated Salary:

The estimated salary for this position is between $60,000 and $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.



Job Description:

This is a unique opportunity to work with Ryder System, Inc., a leading transportation and logistics company. As a Class A CDL Truck Driver, you'll be responsible for:




  • Operating a tractor-trailer combination to transport goods and commodities across the country
  • Maintaining accurate records of cargo and delivery information
  • Ensuring safe and timely deliveries to meet customer expectations
  • Performing pre- and post-trip inspections to maintain vehicle safety and efficiency
  • Communicating effectively with dispatchers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations


Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you'll need:




  • A valid Class A CDL
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Class A CDL Truck Driver
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • A strong commitment to safety and customer satisfaction
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
