GIS Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled GIS Solution Analyst to join our Enterprise GIS team at Salt River Project. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing and enabling geo-spatial solutions for all of Salt River Project and its mission of delivering reliable, affordable, and sustainable power and water.

• Design and build objects in the GIS to enable applications, including database design, feature class registration, map service design, and creation.
• Configure applications in ArcGIS Experience Builder or ESRI Web App Builder, and deploy them to ArcGIS Field Maps, Survey 123, or ArcGIS QuickCapture.
• Collaborate directly with end-users to build the best solution, considering trade-offs between technical effort and business value.
• Support existing applications in the stack, and manage ESRI GIS infrastructure to enable GIS functionality at SRP.
• Experience with ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS GeoEvent Server, and stand-alone ArcGIS Servers is highly desirable.

• 5 or more years of experience in ESRI ArcGIS Enterprise solution building and/or ESRI ArcGIS Enterprise application configuration.
• Promotion to Level 2 requires a minimum of two years experience at Level 1 and demonstrated capability to perform advanced and more difficult work as determined by the supervisor.
• Promotion to Senior Level requires a minimum of 3 years experience at Level 2, is fully competent in all aspects of functional area of assignment, and may have periodic or occasional lead responsibilities.
