About the Position

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Nursing Director to lead our kidney care team at Research Medical Center. As a Nursing Director, you will oversee the daily operations of our nephrology unit, ensuring high-quality patient care and exceptional outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to guide patient care and unit operations
  • Manage and supervise a team of nursing staff to ensure excellent patient care and efficient unit operations
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to address patient needs and concerns
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including staffing levels, productivity metrics, and quality improvement initiatives

Requirements
  • RN license in Kansas or Missouri
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in nephrology nursing, preferably in a leadership role
  • Advanced degree (MSN or higher) required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Salary and Benefits

$125,000 - $155,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and retirement savings plans.
