Job Summary

A Night Auditor is a key member of our hotel team, responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial operations. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for auditing activities, reconciling accounts, and processing payments in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Audit financial transactions and reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Process payments and handle cash, checks, and credit card transactions
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and reports
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to guest inquiries and concerns
  • Work collaboratively with other hotel staff to ensure seamless operations
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Experience in financial operations, auditing, or customer service preferred
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of financial software
Working Conditions

The Night Auditor will work primarily in a fast-paced hotel environment, with occasional exposure to cash handling and financial software. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
