Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Behavioral Health Technician to join our team at i-Kare Treatment Center. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate meetings and provide structure for clients during and after hours and weekend activities.
  • Assist with the admission process, answer client questions, and help clients adjust to the program routine.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and staff to report any changes in clients' physical or mental condition.
  • Supervise clients with emphasis on client safety and well-being.

  • Participate in all staff meetings as scheduled.
  • Provide emotional support for clients and refer them to therapy staff to deal with clinical issues.
  • Complete all assigned paperwork in a neat, accurate, and timely manner.
  • Communicate with other staff as necessary to promote quality client care.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • DBT training is a plus.
  • Able to accept supervision and support.
  • Must be 21 years of age (valid driver's license required).
  • MS Office experience, computer skills, and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to take direction from others.
  • Transporting clients.
  • Candidates in recovery are encouraged to apply (Must have 1 year sobriety).
  • Adhere to facility standards concerning conduct, dress, attendance, and punctuality.
  • Attends in-service training, when necessary.
  • Attitude demonstrates a positive approach and commitment reflecting professionalism and ethical standards.
  • Willingness to adapt to a constantly changing environment.
Working Conditions

Schedules Available

1st (7 am-3 pm) scheduled days would be developed with Management.

2nd (3 pm-11:00 pm); scheduled days would be developed with Management.

3rd (11:00 pm-7:00 am); scheduled days would be developed with Management.

Flexible availability and ability to work overtime, required.
