Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding client experiences throughout the entire loan or pawn transaction by offering personalized assistance tailored to individual financial requirements.
  • Assist with client account management tasks, including processing payments, scheduling appointments, and overseeing account activities.
  • Meet company performance objectives by developing business relationships, securing referrals, and participating in community outreach events.
  • Build strong client relationships to promote business expansion, ensure store profitability, and enhance brand recognition and loyalty.
  • Accurately input and manage client information in Point-of-Sale systems, maintaining data accuracy and integrity.
  • Comply with company policies, local laws, and industry regulations consistently.
  • Engage in ongoing training sessions to remain updated on product knowledge and operational protocols.
  • Exhibit flexibility in a fast-paced work environment, effectively juggling multiple responsibilities to achieve both personal and team objectives.
  • Utilize excellent interpersonal skills to connect with clients and colleagues at all levels.
  • Commit to a full-time schedule, including weekends as needed, to thrive in this position.

Qualifications

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Capability to maintain professionalism and courtesy in interactions with clients and team members.
  • Familiarity with phone systems, Point of Sale software, Microsoft Office, and other relevant tools.
  • Minimum age requirement of 18 years old (19 in Alabama).
  • Successful completion of a background check (subject to certain exemptions based on location).
  • This role involves physical tasks such as lifting up to 25 pounds, remaining stationary, and operating equipment.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

  • Previous experience in customer service or cash handling (at least six months).
  • Experience in retail, financial services, banking, or the service sector.
