About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Medical Surgical Unit at Universal Health Services. As a Medical Surgical Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and achieve seamless transitions.
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and monitoring patient conditions.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure informed decision-making and promote patient satisfaction.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program.
  • Current Nevada nursing license.
  • Current BLS certification.
  • One year of full-time or three years of part-time experience in an acute care setting preferred.
