About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Massage Therapist to join our team at Massage Envy. As a Massage Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, therapeutic bodywork to clients, customizing massage services to meet their individual needs, and maintaining a safe and comfortable environment for all clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform quality, therapeutic bodywork that meets clients' needs within scope of practice and licensing guidelines
  • Customize massage services within required policies, protocols, and approved modalities to craft truly personalized sessions
  • Safeguard the client experience, maintain client confidentiality, and uphold the commitment to safety
  • Embody the brand's core values of optimism, gratitude, excellence, consistency, and empathy
  • Protect our workplace culture by recognizing and supporting team goals and building positive relationships with team members
Requirements
  • Minimum of 1000 hours of massage therapy school under your belt and a certificate of completion
  • Meet the licensing requirements for massage therapy in our state and pass a background and reference check
  • Thirsty for knowledge and seeking continuing education to build on your modality mastery (including Swedish and Deep Tissue massage)
  • Clear communicator who can effectively identify each client's needs, set clear expectations, and stay connected to the client throughout the session
  • Total body care champion who can recommend follow-up visits and additional services and products as needed to help clients pursue their wellness goals
  • Great teammate who shows up on time ready to jump in wherever needed to get the job done
