Key Responsibilities- Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on plumbing, carpentry, drywall, painting, and electrical systems to maintain efficient operations.
- Transportation: Transport equipment, furniture, and supplies as requested.
- Preventive Maintenance: Monitor and maintain preventive maintenance schedules for assigned facility systems and physical equipment.
- Safety and Security: Adhere to and monitor compliance with safety and security protocols.
- Ticket System: Utilize the facilities ticket system to respond to, complete, and close assigned tickets.
- Additional Tasks: Perform other projects or tasks as directed by the Facilities Manager or members of Senior Management.
- Facility Maintenance Experience: Facility maintenance experience with significant hands-on ability or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Computer Skills: Computer skills including tablet use, email, word processing, and spreadsheet programs.
- Analytical and Organizational Skills: Excellent analytical ability and organizational skills, including priority setting and decision-making.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with a diverse group of staff and physicians.
- Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Teamwork: Ability to work as a team member and follow instruction without direct supervision.
40 hours per week, Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.
