Momentum ABA Services Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team at Momentum ABA Services. As an RBT, you will play a vital role in providing individualized support to individuals with Autism and other developmental disabilities.

Job Summary:

The RBT will work under the guidance and supervision of a Behavior Analyst to implement individualized support plans, teach skill acquisition, and assist with individualized goals and objectives in home, community, and clinic-based settings.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients
  • Implement individualized support plans under the supervision of the Behavior Analyst
  • Provide feedback and insight to the clinical team regarding client support plans
  • Obtain and maintain RBT certification
  • Protect the health and safety of clients and fellow employees by following health and safety protocols and procedures
  • Perform other duties as assigned to meet departmental and business needs
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • At least one year of experience working with individuals with Autism and/or other developmental disabilities preferred
  • Current and valid RBT certification preferred, not required
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Ability to communicate and work professionally and cooperatively with others
  • Ability to pass all post-offer, pre-employment screening requirements, including a criminal background check, and provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States
  • Ability to run, push, pull, bend, squat, kneel, and lift up to 25 pounds
  • Valid and current proof of legal right to drive required
